Limited entry - preregistration is preferred. Information provided on Entry form will be used by our Master of Ceremonies
and in organized our talent program. If you have placed 1st in another County Fair Contest in 2011, please DO NOT enter our contest!

Entry Rules:
1. The contest is open to amatuer entertainers (professionals whose talent is a principle of income - are not permitted to
    enter. No Fee to Enter.
2. Past Winners: If a contestant previously won the MSF County Fair Talent Contest, they may not compete again in that
    division at the state fair level. With the exception of first place winners in the Open Division, acts that have
    participated in the past are welcome to compete again. Former Teen Division first place winners are required to
    complete in the Open Division. Past Preteen first place winners must also compete in the Open Division if they are
    not of age to compete in the Teen Division.
3. Time limit is 4 minutes. A medley of tunes is allowed within the 4 minutes.
4. Sound system with tape and CD player will be provided along with piano.
5. Vocalist may use taped accompaniment provided tape contains musical accompaniment only. Absolutely no back up  
    vocals are allowed on the tape.
6. The program will be limited to 12 acts in each division.
7. Judges will assess talent, stage presence, and quality of performance, choice of selection, entertainment value and
    time limit. Judges' decisions are final.
8. Preregistration is preferred - registration on the evening of the event will be accepted only to fill division.
